A stylish sculptural Studio Pottery of a bison made by Ann & John Farquharson and dating to the later 20th or early 21st century. The standing figure is hand formed with piped clay to its tail, under side and head decorated in a natural salt like glaze. The body is decorated in brown and grey glazes with off white highlights and the bison has incised facial features also filled with white glazes. The Bison has an impressed seal mark for Ann & John Farquharson to the rear legs.
