An impressive Zsolnay Pecs Eosin glazed lidded vase hand painted with floral clusters dating from circa 1930. This stunning and finely made bulbous shaped vase has a short rounded neck with a recess with a domed fitted cover with raised finial. The vase and cover are decorated with floral clusters with star burst arrangements of leaves in tones of red lustre glazes on a brown glazed ground. The vase has printed marks to the base including number 4080.
Offered in excellent original condition with some integral underglaze decoration fault lines to the lower body which do not detract.
