Very rare William and Mary pewter trefid spoon the handle molded in relief with portraits and dating from around 1690. The spoon has an elongated rounded bowl with a molded ribbed connection to the handle to the base and has a long flat handle partially molded with a scroll design with the wider terminal with relief molded portraits of William and Mary facing each other with a crown above and is probably a commemorative piece celebrating the start of their reign in 1689. The spoon has a rubbed pewter touch mark to the inside bowl.

In good condition with wear associated with age and use.
