The separator has two spouts one fed from the top rim and marked with the letter F probably for Fat, the second fed from the base of the vessel and marked with the letter M which we are unsure what it stands for. The vessel has two scroll handles to either side which allows he vessel to be tipped towards either spout. The gravy separator is not marked.
