We have been sending items worldwide for over 12 years and pride ourselves for the quality of our packing. Items will be wrapped in tissue in most cases and wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in strong cardboard boxes protected with either air filled cushioning or bio-degradable fill where-ever possible.
We use Royal Mail Special next day delivery for items delivered within the UK with tracking details provided to our clients. On some occasions where delivery may not be possible using Royal Mail we will use DHL tracked delivery.
For overseas delivery, depending on the value and size of the item purchased, we will use Royal Mail International Tracked delivery or alternatively DHL Express services. In both cases tracking details will be provided to our clients.
Items will be accompanied with printed invoices and will be sent insured for the purchase price of the item with that value declared for customs purposes. Clients remain responsible for all import and local taxes and duties payable in their respective countries.
