A very fine quality Chinese porcelain vase decorated with floral designs in the famille rose palette against an Imperial yellow ground believed to date from the latter 20th century. Later Chinese porcelain tends to be heavier made while this example is much lighter allowing light through the body and is an exceptionally fine decorated example. This exquisite bottle shaped vase stands on a narrow rounded and unglazed foot with a recessed glazed base. The vase has a rounded body with a funnel shaped neck and is finely decorated with four rounded panels with floral designs in colored enamels on a white ground with a decorative border around the upper and lower body. The panels are set within a rich yellow ground with further floral designs painted around neck of the vase. The vase has an underglaze blue Qianlong seal mark to the base. The vase is provided with a wooden stand.
