An exceptional and rare Bohemian art nouveau Phenomen Genre 2/484 (also known as Medici) pattern Loetz vase dating from around 1902. This beautiful vase stands on a rounded spread foot with a narrow waist and bulbous rounded body with a short funnel shaped opening. Four loop handles have been applied around the top of the vase The vase is decorated with exquisite blue iridescent patterning on a 'spreading chestnut' colored ground with a golden iridescence applied to the handles. The vase has a recessed polished pontil mark to the base and is not signed.
In excellent original condition.
