A fine Austrian Viennese clear crystal glass vase delicately decorated with Persian style floral designs in jeweled enameling by J & L Lobmeyr and dating from around 1880. The small vase is of baluster shape with a bowl shaped top on a narrow neck and with a narrow flared foot. Probably designed by Girard and Rehlender the vase is finely decorated with Persian style floral designs set within leaf shaped borders in blue, red and white enamels on heightened gilded detail with patterned borders around the foot and neck. The vase has a gilded JLL monogram to the lower body.
In good condition with some light age rubbing.
