Dimensions:
A stunning and rare mid-century Italian Murano sommerso art glass vase attributed to renowned Italian artist Flavio Poli (Italian, 1900-1984) and made for Seguso Vetri D’Arte and dating from around 1960. The vase hand blown in clear glass is heavily made and is of tall narrowing shaped with a flower head shaped top and with six clear glass fin or fir tree like applications applied to the side of the vase. The body has green tinted glass internally set within an orange tinted halo. The vase has a flat polished base with wear commensurate with age and use and is a stunning and unusual example. The vase is not marked.
In good condition with wear to the base commensurate with age and use.
