A fine and large Doulton Lambeth art pottery mustard pot with silver plated hinged cover by Emily Partington and dated 1880. The pot is of rounded shape with a loop handle applied to one side and stands on a narrow rounded pedestal foot with the body made up of two rounded sections and a wide rounded neck with a fitted silver plated hinged top with mustard spoon cut out. The pot is finely decorated with floral and leaf designs and painted in tones of blue, brown and white glazes. The pot has impressed Doulton Lambeth marks to the base along with artist marks for Emily Partington, Ellen Cathercole and Emily Mayes and is also dated 1880. Also supplied with a mustard spoon.
In good condition with a slight bend to the finial on the silver plated cover.
