A very rare Perry & Co handled metal chamberstick painted in green designed by Dr Christopher Dresser and dated 1885. This stylish chamberstick has a pressed metal wide inverted bowl shaped base supporting a smaller bowl top with a central candle holder with a stylish round brass handle riveted to the side. The chamberstick has molded Perry & Co marks to the base along with a printed label reading DR DRESSER DESIGN with a further label printed with a registration number 31631 which dates the chamberstick to 1885.
In good condition.
