A very stylish British salt glazed studio pottery Gun Barrel Teapot by renowned potter Walter Keeler (British, b.1942) and dating from around 1980. The stoneware teapot has a squeezed oval shaped base with an angled rising body with an impressed line to each side and narrowing to a circular shoulder with a raised narrow round opening with a fitted domed cover. The teapot has a double barrel spout with a looping strap handle. The teapot is decorated in a greenish blue salt glaze and has impressed makers marks to either side of the body incorporated into the design. 

Provenance: The Dayabandhu (Michael Evans) Collection, London and acquired in the British Art Market.
