A very stylish Villeroy & Boch Art Nouveau Majolica pottery tazza or cake stand decorated with tubelined floral designs dating circa 1900. The tazza stands on a bell shaped foot and short rounded column stand with a shallow wide rounded top. The foot is moulded with large vine leafs in relief with similar designs applied around the top edge with pierced patterns. The body of the dish is decorated with three scollind daisy like blooms in a tubelined design and the tazza is painted in tones of brown, green, yellow and white on a cream glazed ground. The Tazza has impressed makers marks to the base.
Offered in good condition with some minor glaze nicks and wear from use.
