The lightly potted large cup is modelled as a fox head with molded features for eyes, nose and mouth and with raised ears. The head has a collar around the opening which has been hand painted with floral designs and with initials G & F, possibly a wedding or engagement gift. The stirrup cup is hand painted in orange fox color glazes with painted highlights to the features. The stirrup cup is marked Sende II to the inside.
